Show Light Gun Crosshair [genesis_plus_gx_gun_cursor] (core option)

Display light gun crosshairs when using the MD Menacer, MD Justifiers and MS Light Phaser input device types.

• Off [disabled] - Disables light gun crosshair for the aftermentioned input device types.
• On [enabled] - Enables light gun crosshair for the aftermentioned input device types.
